We established an event & travel company in 2009 working with Norwegian corporate groups. Mainly travelling out of Norway, but also in Norway. In 2017 The Storaas Family, established BRAVE Norway DMC. From the beginning we offered different event prospects connected to the Rjukan area in Telemark. The area is known from the Second world war, The cold war and lots of nice adventures in the nature. The success here has convinced us that we should create more prospects and concepts in different parts of Norway. Now we offer products where the group gets to explore Norway through breathtaking nature, culture and local food.
Expedition Gunnerside
Follow in the footsteps of the “The Heroes of Telemark”. These young men blow up the heavy water factory in the small town of Rjukan in Telemark, which delayed the impact the Germans had during World War 2. The heavy water was one of the ingredience used to make a nuclear bomb. This unique and very important saboteur mission is often used as an example of a successful military mission, but also of great leadership and creativity as there were no shots fired or casualties.
The Expedition Gunnerside evolves this unique story in an interactive and exciting way through short expeditions on historic grounds, meals enjoyed outside in pure Norwegian nature and, if you like a once in a lifetime experience, you can also sleep under the stars at the Hardangervidda Plateau. Northern Lights
A fantastic 100% pure and nature made phenomena! In the far north of Norway the Northern Lights dance on the skies normally when the air is cold and the sun is gone for the season. The moving lights are mysterious. Perhaps you hear a slight sound of music as the skies are lit up by the green dancing lights?
On expedition Northern Lights we bring your group close to the Russian Border, and the Barents sea. This is also the home of the Sami people. Listen and see what values the Sami People share whilst keeping warm around a fireplace. Feel the heat from the fire, listen to their stories and here their song, the Joik.

Fjord Adventure
Follow in the footsteps of the German Kaiser Wilhelm who was one of the first fjord explorers to Norway. The dramatic nature in the West of Norway is unique! Here you will find fjords with the depth of 1000 meters surrounded by steep majestic mountain peaks of 2000 meters. The UNESCOS World Heritage listed fjord Nærøyfjorden is without a doubt a must see when visiting Norway!
In the Fjord Adventure program the group get to push boundaries and feel adrenalin on the longest zip line in the Nordic countries, do short biking trips through naturistic sites, feel the fresh air and the purity of the water in Nærøyfjorden whilst enjoying a trip with the electric boats and of course taste local specialties such as cheese and locally brewed beer from microbreweries.
